The fourth GSMath Conference will take place during February 14-16, 2020 on the campus of
the Southern University and A&M College in Baton Rouge, Lousiana. All the conference events will
take place in Pinchback Hall, with the exception of the Saturday Conference Banquet taking place in
Smith Brown Memorial Union.
The conference hotel is the Hilton Garden Inn Baton Rouge Airport. The rate for the GSMath Conference participants is $99.00 per night plus tax. Those who are making their own reservations with the hotel should indicate that they are with the GSMath Alliance group. The hotel's phone number is 225-357-6177, and its address is 3330 Harding Blvd, Baton Rouge, LA 70807.
On Friday, February 14, the conference registration will be in the Hotel Foyer at the Hilton Garden Inn. There will be a welcome reception during 5:30-8:00 pm at the Hotel Conference Room. There are no other planned activities on Friday.
On Saturday, February 15 the breakfast and the conference registration will take place during
7:00-8:45 am at the Pinchback Hall Lobby on the Southern University campus. The conference
starts at 9:00 am in Pinchback Hall. On Saturday both the breakfast and lunch will be provided
in Pinchback Hall.
The Saturday program will be a full-day program and end with a dinner and award ceremony in
the Student Union during 5:30-7:30 pm.
On Sunday, February 16 there will be a faculty mentor session during 7:30-9:00 am in
the Hotel Conference Room at the
Hilton Garden Inn. On Sunday there are no planned activities for students.
The distance between the conference hotel and the conference venue (Pinchback Hall) is 3 miles, and it is an 8-minute drive.

The address for Pinchback Hall (Saturday registration, Saturday breakfast, Saturday lunch, poster session, and other conference activities) is 70813 Robert Smith Blvd, Southern University and A&M College, Baton Rouge, LA 70807. The Student Union on the campus of Southern University and A&M College
is known as the Smith-Brown Memorial Union.
